  4. Pursuant to M.S. 244.18, all Adult Probationers, sentenced on or after April 1, 2012, shall pay a local correctional fee.  Adult probationers transferred from another county to Isanti County Probation for purposes of probationary supervision shall pay a one-time transfer in fee of:

    $50.00

  6. Payment shall be made directly to Isanti County Probation Department. This fee is in lieu of the first year Local Correctional Fee.  

    Probation payments may be made online by visiting our website at www.co.isanti.mn.us. The Probation tab is found under the Departments heading. Payment may be made using the 

    Fees/Payments link within Probation or you may use the following link:

    You may also pay in-person or by mail at the Isanti County Probation Department located at 555 18th Ave. SW, Cambridge, MN 55008. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, check, money order, or cash (do not mail cash). Check or money order must be made payable to Isanti County Probation. 

    FAILURE TO PAY YOUR LOCAL TRANSFER IN FEE AS DIRECTED WILL RESULT IN A REVENUE RECAPTURE CLAIM BEING FILED WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.  THE STATE WILL ALSO COLLECT A $15.00 FEE FOR EVERY CLAIM SUBMITTED BY THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT.  THIS MEANS THE STATE WILL GARNISH ANY STATE OR PROPERTY TAX REFUND DUE YOU AND APPLY THE MONEY TOWARD THE OBLIGATION THAT YOU OWE THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT.  ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE UPON PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY OUR OFFICE.
