What happens to the parcels that do not sell at the public sale?

All properties that are not sold at the public sale are placed on a list of available properties to purchase over the counter. These can be purchased by anyone offering to pay the basic sale price at 8:00 am the day after the sale.  The price cannot be changed unless the parcel is reappraised, advertised and offered again at public auction.  The same terms and conditions apply to these parcels.   Additional information can be obtained from the Isanti County Auditor-Treasurer office or on the Isanti County website.
