Is there a law or ordinance regulating dogs in the County?

Yes, there is. In 2003 the Isanti County Board of Commissioners adopted an ordinance that regulates dogs in Isanti County. The ordinance includes provisions on kennel licenses, rabies vaccinations, control of dogs, enforcement of the ordinance, and more.
