The first hour is a webinar about innovative strategies to promote mental well-being and resilience, emphasizing community-based and community-driven initiatives.
The second hour includes practice discussions, sharing similar efforts in your location, relevant research or resources, networking, and planning next steps.
The 2019 dates include April 30, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27, September 24, October 29 and November 26.
