Juveniles cannot not be convicted of a crime unless they are prosecuted as an adult. They are instead adjudicated delinquent. If the offense is a misdemeanor, they are adjudicated for a misdemeanor-level offense. If the offense is a felony, they are adjudicated for a felony-level offense.
