There are three ways that a child under the age of five can be determined eligible for Rule 185.
A person must have a psychological evaluation completed with the last year, and an adaptive skills assessment that documents current delays of 2 standard scores below the mean and full scale IQ of 70 or lower. If those criteria are not met, we determine if the person meets criteria for a Related Condition.
