FEE SCHEDULE

Per M.S. 244.18, Subd. 3. (Local Correctional Fees; imposition on offenders)

All offenders who can show proof that they cannot pay because they are receiving assistance through a county, state, or federal assistance program will be screened by Probation based on their ability to pay.  If they cannot pay, their fees will be waived or, if appropriate, they will be given the option to work off their fees through community service work.
