Providing health services to Isanti County residents of all ages.  Health Assessment/Nursing Care, Pregnancy Health Program, Parenting Education, Maternal and Child Health Programs, WIC (Women, Infants, & Children), Immunization/Child Teen Clinics, Health Education/ Environmental Health, Pre-Admission Screening/Waivered Services, Women's Cancer Screening Program.

  •    Change in Immunization Clinic Schedule beginning January 1, 2011.
      
    Walk-in clinics will no longer be available effective January 1st.  The
       clinics will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each  month.   All
       appointments will need to be scheduled by calling 763-689-8290.
