Q1. What properties are for sale?

All properties for sale are published in the legal newspaper of Isanti County , which is the Cambridge Star, and on the Isanti County web site.  Also, see Current Sale Information on this Web site.

Q2. How do I receive information on the properties?

You can submit your name and contact information to auditor@co.isanti.mn.us and you will be placed on a list to be contacted when a sale date has been set. The Isanti County Web site will also be updated with information of all properties for sale.

Q3. What is the process for bidding on a property?

Q4. Can I cancel my bid once it has been submitted?

No

Q5. How do I receive title to the property?

A State Deed is ordered after payment is received in full.  For more information, go to Important Facts.

Q6. Is there a re-purchase period allowed for previous owners?

Previous owners cannot reclaim a parcel once the property has been placed for sale.

Q7. What happens to parcels not sold at the public sale?

All properties that are not sold at the public sale are placed on a list of available properties in Isanti County . The list can be obtained through the Auditor’s Office or on the Isanti County web site. All parcels are available for sale at the established minimum bid price approved by the Isanti County Board of Commissioners.
